How to extend current Vietnam visa?

Vietnam business visa can be extended for more 1 month or 3 months, rarely 6 months or 1 year.

How to extend Vietnam visa?

There are some steps you should follow to apply for Vietnam visa extension:

Step 1: Please send us your passport copy including the front page and your visa sticky to our email at vietnamvisabooking@gmail.com. We will send you a confirmation if it is able to extend and the service fee as well;
Step 2: Once you received our confirmation, please send your original passport to our office in person or by post and make a deposit 50% service fee. If you are in Hanoi, we can arrange to come to your address to pickup your passport;
Step 3: After 7 – 10 working days (except Saturday and Sunday) we will complete your visa extension and give your passport back to your address.

If you are in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City or Da Nang, you can visit the Vietnam Immigration Department directly to apply for your visa extension. However, to avoid wasting your time and confusion of visa extension procedures, we do recommend that you should use one of Vietnam visa agency’s service instead of applying by yourself. Visa extension processing fee

The visa extension processing fee varies on your current Vietnam visa and expected visa extension.

Tourist visa
– 15 days extension for the travelers coming from France, Germany, Italy, Spain and United Kingdom travelling with 15 days visa free: 85 USD per visa.
– 1 month single entry tourist visa original, extended to more 1 month single entry: 150 USD;
– 3 month single entry tourist visa original, extended to more 3 month single entry: 210 USD;
– 3 month multiple entry tourist visa original, extended to more 3 month single entry: 320 USD;

Business visa
– Extended to more 1 month single entry: 315 USD;
– Extended to more 3 months single entry: 445 USD;

NOTICE:
– As the visa extension process will take 7 – 10 working days, you are advised to contact us at least 10 days before visa expiry date;
– Please make sure that there are at least 2 blank pages in your passport for visa stamp;
– For diplomatic, official visas, and the other visa kindly contact Vietnam Immigration Department directly;
– The Vietnam visa extension requires your original passport so that your passport will be entirely hold by the Vietnam Immigration Department during the visa extension being processed.
