How to handle the “processing” status in Vietnam e-visa application after 3-5 days submission?
I applied for the e-visa on May 28 (more than a week ago), but the application still shows “processing”. My flight is tomorrow. I sent them an email to evisa@immigration.gov.vn and submitted a support request at their website, but no response. I also called their hotline but it doesn’t work. Any ideas what I could do? Should I just assumed the application got lost and submit another one?

Hi Robert,
As the e-visa will take 3-5 working days to complete, your visa application may be falling into the following cases:
1. You submitted a visa application with the passport copy and photo those are not compliance with the regulations;
2. You submitted a visa application with the entered information does not match the passport;
3. You may be blacklisted due to overstay or mistake in your previous entry;
In this case, you need to arrange apply for an urgent visa application at https://www.e-visasvietnam.com/apply-for-e-visa/
What can we do with urgent visa application?
You please provide us your visa application code and email, we will check if there is any mistake may happen to your visa application.
If there is any mistake, we will fix it or provide additional documents at the request of the Vietnam Immigration Department. In case you are blacklisted, we are sorry that we can not help, you will receive a notification of visa being denied soon.
If you haven’t applied for a visa yet, we can arrange a Vietnam e-visa in 1 day (you send the visa request before 9:00 AM Vietnam time, we will deliver e-visa by the end of working day, on the same day)
